The cottage has a magnificent four poster bed and a double room and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, a sitting room with dining area and a ground floor bathroom. Nat Field's House is centrally located with all the amenities of the city on the doorstep, including restaurants and the Marlowe Theatre, making it ideal for couples or families wishing to explore this area.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available in St Radigunds public car park approx. 7 mins walk away (approx £1 per hour), park and ride available from Wincheap (For charges see www.canterbury.******). Loading and unloading only outside cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: Cottage stairs to second floor are very steep and have no landing and second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings with limited headroom. Note: This cottage is not suitable for children under 7 years old or those with limited mobility. Note: Please note weekends can be lively in the area. Property best suited to families and couples.
