After missing our departure plane, I thought I was in for a bad vacation. Once we arrived at the condo and took one look out the window, it was paradise again! And that was in the middle of the night. For the rest of the trip my wife asked me "How did you find this place?!" We shopped around while we were there and did not find a better priced condo, nor one with a better view, nor one in a better location. 10 out of 10 for this condo.
Now, down to the particulars:
1) The view can be matched, but not beat
2) The kitchen had a brand new coffee maker, toaster and non-stick pans. Big plus for us as we cooked all but 3 meals in the condo. When we go again (and we will) we will bring/buy ziplock bags, sugar, salt and Organic coffee. When you arrive I recommend finding Costco (1185 Ave 65 Infanteria) and Walmart (Ave Parque just north of Costco) and stocking up for your stay. Eating with the balcony doors open was one of the most relaxing parts of the vacation. Make sure you buy dish soap, insect repellent, sun screen, and anything else they did not let you carry on the plane. There is a Walgreens immediately across the street, but some items are pricey.
3) Rent a car, the parking garage has hundreds of spots, you get the one closest to the elevator! Absolutely an incredible spot. 10 steps to the gate, 3 steps to the elevator and 25 steps to the condo door. I could not have designed it better.
4) The cell phone reception for AT&T was sporadic in the condo, but Sprint worked perfectly all the time. The condo has a phone for local calls which solved my issues with AT&T.
