LUCE ed ARIA sono le caratteristiche di quest'appartamento. E' un secondo piano di una palazzina sita a due passi dal centro storico del paese. Tutte le stanze, tranne la camera da letto più piccola, hanno un balcone esterno dal quale poter vedere il mare e godere dell' aria fresca e dei colori accesi del tramonto! La casa è composta da due grandi camere da letto, una tripla ed una doppia, ed un'altra camera da letto più piccola con un letto matrimoniale o due singoli a secondo delle esigenze. Il luminoso salone che si affaccia sulla via principale è composto da 2 divani. Questa zona non è divisa dal resto della casa da una porta bensì è collegata all'altra parte dell'appartamento da un corridoio. Nel soggiorno adiacente alla spaziosa cucina vi è 1 grande divano. È dotata di 2 bagni, 1 con doccia ed 1 con vasca. In quest'ultimo è posizionata una lavatrice. La casa è a due passi da tutto: dal centro storico, da piazza Petrolo, una grande piazza che si affaccia sul mare alle spalle della quale si trova la Chiesa Madre. E' a due passi dalla marina e dal castello, zone in cui vi sono ristoranti e locali dove potrete gustare ottimi gelati e splendidi aperitivi al tramonto. Con gli autobus di linea o attraverso le tante agenzie di transfer sono facilmente raggiungibili le città di Palermo e Trapani e ovviamente anche i rispettivi aeroporti. Dulcis in fundo il nostro mare...una delle coste più belle di questa calda terra! Non vi resta che venirci a trovare per toccare con mano cotanta bellezza.

Large bright spaces are the main features of this apartment offering 3 bedrooms, a large living room with sea view, two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living room. Strategic its central location allows you to walk to the historical center, the promenade and the "marina" where to enjoy the best restaurants, clubs and the fantastic sea around our coasts. The airport shuttles connect the village with the town of Scopello, the Zingaro and San Vito lo Capo. Following the delivery of the keys for check in, I will remain at your disposal throughout your stay for any need you may have, and any information you may need.

The house rules are simple and require only a little bit of care ... is no smoking inside the apartment but considering that the house is structured with balconies in all rooms you can smoke outdoors. no pets are allowed and not allowed to organize parties and events. For everything else, just use the apartment and all that is in it with the same care with which you treat your own thing.
