Description
Villa "Piano Prince" is a house located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo. The estate is located in the villa, is mainly cultivated with olives and vegetables, making the surroundings particularly verdant and lush and elegant.
Accessed from inside a sheltered veranda where guests can stay in complete relax and enjoy wonderful views of the countryside, in the living room there is a large furnished room where the kitchen is well structured and equipped with everything you need. The two bedrooms, one double room and a triple room. There are two bathrooms one with shower and the other smaller with washing machine, outside there is another hot showers. Comfortable outdoor kitchen made in masonry with barbecues where you can relax or arrange delicious breakfast or open-air barbecues.
Also a part of the estate, is being cultivated for vegetables and organic products can be collected, prepared and consumed by the guests.
The House Floor is a holiday house immersed in the green of the typical countryside of Trapani, walking distance from the town centre, but far enough away not to hear noises and smells .... just stars, crickets, chirping of lights overlooking the sea, and the scent of nature.
The home features large open spaces with different cars, with automatic gate, tank with abundant water reserve.
