A pochi chilometri dalla casa e' facile raggiungere le uscite autostradali A29 per Trapani e Palermo.
La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata clima fresco e mite anche nelle giornate più calde dell'estate, gode di una favolosa veduta panoramica sulla campagna, tra vigneti e uliveti; è la meta ideale per chi ama la natura e vuole trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax e benessere in un oasi di tranquillità e pace.
