Description
Torre Canalotto is an old and beautiful colonial house, situated on a hill, in the Sicilian countryside, near to the magnificent Selinunte excavations and several delightful Sicilian beaches. This part of Sicily is renowned for its production of high quality olive oil, which is extracted from a variety of olives called the ‘Nocellara del Belice’. The villa, which was built around an old look-out tower, is immersed in a beautiful Mediterraenan garden with citrus, olive, palm and cypress trees, creating a perfect backdrop for the stunning pool and pool area. The main house is decorated with a sophisticated mix of old and new, full of charm and very comfortable.
Layout:
The ground floor is composed of the spacious living room with fireplace and large glass doors, connecting it to the covered patio. There is a Sicilian kitchen with a traditional wood burning oven, a large dining room and a bathroom. The first floor is composed of five bedrooms (three doubles and two triples) four of which are with ensuite bathrooms and one with bathoom near.
Good to know: Check in is between 16:00 and 19:00 h on the arrival day.
Rental rates include: Gas, water, 330 kWh electricity/week, linen and towels (set per person), final cleaning and Wifi. Baby cot and high chair available inclusive on request.
Extras payable in cash at destination: Where applicable additional electricity consumption EUR 0.40 per kWh, Tourist tax EUR 1 per person (from 13 years), for the first 4 days of your stay. A late check-in can be arranged from EUR 50. Heating on request EUR 80/day (12 hours).
Please note that for this accommodation a refundable breakage security deposit of EUR 800 is required.
