Description
The Villa "Il boschetto" contrada Cozzo di Monico-Cefalù (PA) the area in which is situated the Villa is approximately 300 metres above sea level with sweeping views of the Madonie complex and is from the city centre and the sea about 6.5 Km.
Cefalù is one of the most important tourist resorts of Sicily: has any public service, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, clubs, arenas, equipped beaches, car bike & rent.
Cefalù is connected with the major Sicilian centers an excellent motorway network and/or fast scrolling. By car you reach Palermo in 40 minutes, 1 hour and Messina in .5, Catania in 1 hour and 40 minutes, Taormina, Agrigento in 2 hours 2 hours 2 hours in Drills.
How do you get from the highway A20 (Messina – Palermo) and A19 (Catania Palermo – continuing on the A20): take the exit and continue towards Cefalù Cefalù up at Hotel Santa Lucia (about 2 Km) turn right and take the provincial road SP 136 after approximately 4.3 Km (the road signs indicate the progression from km. 0.4 Km) turn left and take via Chapman of Mali for about 700 m on the right you will find the Villa "Il Boschetto ' from Palermo Punta Raisi and from the port of Palermo: follow the directions to take the A19 Motorway (Palermo-Catania) and proceed as indicated in the preceding paragraph.
The Villa is situated in the middle of a garden of more than sqm. 1000. The driveway, spacious and surrounded by plants and flowers, culminates in a space intended to stand and in an area-a grove of Oaks-equipped for relaxation, entertainment and catering (provided by small barbecue).
On the right you will find the Avenue Villa (85 sqm) that grows on the ground floor and is composed of: living room with fireplace, Comfortable bar corner, sofa-bed, a rectangular table with 6 seats, a Tv and a VCR one bedroom with two beds, bedside table, wardrobe and Cabinet one double bedroom with wardrobe, night tables, armchair, chest of drawers, small kitchen with fridge , kitchen sinks and bathroom gas with sink, shower, bidet and toilet A bathroom with basin, bidet and wc.
The Villa has a large adjoining space equipped for relaxation, with a large dining table and garden furniture.
The House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay of 5 people.
Possibly provide on request baby cot and/or a cot bars for small children up to 5 years.
