Large apartment on two levels at the ground floor in a beautiful epoch villa "Il dono di Atena" recently luxuriously renovated. It has a wonderful sight on Cefalu (only 3 km) and on the sea. The apartment is immersed in a vast biological olive grove owned. The rent price includes air conditioning, smart TV, wi-fi and swimming pool, induction hobs, oven, freezer, washing machine, charger for your smartphones and tablets, facility for listening to music at the pool and in the garden, parking. "The Athena's gift" is very close to the highway exit of Cefalù and is 3 km from Cefalù's historic centre.
We care about our guests as if they were family members.
We are sanitizing because safety is a serious matter. "Il dono di Atena" guarantees sanitized environments according to national directives.
Linen: Linen is washed and sanitized by a specialized and certified company.
The villa "Athena's gift" is divided into 4 apartments: Era, Athena, Afrodite, Gea.

L’appartamento Atena (402) fa parte della villa "Il dono di Atena" ed è il luogo ideale per le vostre vacanze, per rilassarvi circondati dal verde e dalla quiete, in ambienti appena lussuosamente ristrutturati e arredati con mobili d’epoca e di design, dotati di tutti i comfort: piscina, aria condizionata e riscaldamento, acqua calda prodotta da fonti ecologiche (pannelli solari e caldaia a pellet), TV, asciugacapelli, Wi-Fi gratuito in tutti i locali e all'esterno, piani cottura a induzione, forno, frigorifero con congelatore, lavatrice, prese al muro per ricaricare i vostri smartphone e tablet, impianto per l'ascolto di musica in piscina e nel giardino, parcheggio. "Il dono di Atena" è vicinissimo al casello autostradale di Cefalù e a 3 km dal centro storico. L’appartamento è su due livelli e al piano superiore si trovano le 2 camere da letto. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino, smart TV, divano letto e tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è dotata di piano a induzione per cucinare, frigorifero, congelatore e piccoli elettrodomestici (bollitore elettrico, tostapane, frullatore, ecc.). Nel ripostiglio si trova la lavatrice, l'asse e il ferro da stiro sono nell'armadio.
Noi teniamo ai nostri ospiti come se fossero persone di famiglia.
Stiamo sanificando perché la sicurezza è una cosa seria. Il dono di Atena, garantisce ambienti sanificati secondo le direttive nazionali.
Biancheria: La biancheria è lavata e sanitizzata da una ditta specializzata e certificata.
L'appartamento è indipendente dagli altri 3 appartamenti della villa, sul retro ha un terrazzo attrezzato con tavolini a cui si accede dalle camere da letto e da una scala esterna, dalla cucina si accede a uno spazio esterno sul retro attrezzato con tavolo e poltroncine per pranzare e condivide con gli altri appartamenti la piscina, la zona attrezzata per il barbeque (con barbeque in muratura, piano di lavoro, lavandino e set da pranzo) e le zone relax: una di queste è situata vicino all’antica “Gebbia” (vasca di raccolta dell’acqua per l’irrigazione) con panchina in muratura decorata con piastrelle liberty primi ‘900, ampi sedili intorno alla villa, angolo con fontana, salottino esterno.
