Description
Soleggiato appartamento al primo piano della lussuosa villa appena ristrutturata "Il dono di Atena" (che si compone di 4 appartamenti). Consiste in una camera con letto matrimoniale, una camera con un letto singolo e un puof letto, un soggiorno con divano letto, set da pranzo e una piccola cucina completamente attrezza (piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigorifero con congelatore, mixer, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro), bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli.
Noi teniamo ai nostri ospiti come se fossero persone di famiglia.
Stiamo sanificando perché la sicurezza è una cosa seria. Il dono di Atena, garantisce ambienti sanificati secondo le direttive nazionali.
Biancheria: La biancheria è lavata e sanitizzata da una ditta specializzata e certificata.
Interni: I nostri locali sono sanificati ad ogni check out tramite lampada germicida che emettendo lunghezze d’onda specifiche nello spettro ultravioletto, genera una doppia azione sterilizzante: germicida e sanificazione ad Ozono.
Esterni:
Le attrezzature della piscina e gli spazi esterni comuni sono sanificati giornalmente attraverso l’uso del vapore che garantisce l’eliminazione del 99,9 di batteri e germi con aggiunta di igienizzante – sanificante a base di cloro (Klover 19).
Tutte le stanze hanno l'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento.
Il pavimento è di graniglia di marmo con greche che riprendono esattamente gli antichi disegni dei primi del ì900. Ogni appartamento ha un proprio sistema di allarme ed è indipendente dagli altri appartamenti della villa.
Ampi spazie esterni e la piscina permetteranno di rilassarvi leggendo un libro all'ombra degli ulivi centenari, seduti vicino alla vecchia "Gebbia" (vasca di raccolta dell'acqua per l'irrigazione) oppure organizzare un barbeque nell'apposita zona. Tutto il terreno attorno alla villa è coltivato biologocamente.
Il dono di Atena è vicino all'uscita autostradale di Cefalù e dista poco più di 3 km dal Dall'appartamento è possibile avere una splendida vista sul mare e su Cefalù con la sua cattedrale normanna. Nei giorni limpidi è possibile vedere Alicudi e Filicudi (le due isole più piccole delle Eolie).
In circa 20 minuti è possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Mazzaforno, in macchina in pochi minuti si raggiunge la splendida spiaggia di sabbia di Cefalù o quelle di ciotoli della Kalura o di Sant Ambrogio.

Large apartment on the first floor in a beautiful epoch villa "Il dono di Atena" recently luxuriously renovated. It has a wonderful sight on Cefalu (only 3 km) and on the sea. The apartment is immersed in a vast biological olive grove owned. The rent price includes air conditioning, smart TV, wi-fi and swimming pool, induction hobs, oven, freezer, washing machine, charger for your smartphone and tablet, facility for listening to music at the pool and in the garden, parking. "Il dono di Atena" is very close to the motorway exit of Cefalu and is 3 km from the historic centre. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The living room is equipped with smart TV, sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob for cooking, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and small appliances (electric kettle, toaster, blender, etc.). The ironing board and iron are in the closet. Relaxation areas and barbeque. Beaches: Mazzaforno (in front of the villa as the crow flies), the promenade of Cefalu (sandy beach), the Kalura, Sant'Ambrogio, Pollina. From Cefalu daily hydrofoil to the Aeolian Islands. Palermo Punta Raisi is the nearest airport (about 90 km). The villa "Athena's gift" is divided into 4 apartments: Era, Athena, Afrodite, Gea.

We are sanitizing because safety is a serious matter. "Il dono di Atena" guarantees sanitized environments according to national directives.
Linen: Linen is washed and sanitized by a specialized and certified company.
Interior: Our apartments are sanitized at each check out through a germicidal lamp which, by emitting specific wavelengths in the ultraviolet spectrum, generates a double sterilizing action: germicidal and ozone sanitization.
Outdoors:
The pool equipment and common outdoor areas are sanitized daily through the use of steam which ensures the elimination of 99.9 bacteria and germs with the addition of chlorine-based sanitizer - sanitizer (Klover 19).
