In encirclement is delightful landscape with greens and big rocks strewed by nature, pine-trees, unforgettable Sicilian mountains and azure sea with 4 islands which possible to see from terrace. Near the entrance is spacious terrace with dinner table. In addition in terrace is well-arranged barbecue. And there is beautiful garden. Please notice that max occupancy 7 persons only, we cannot accommodate here more persons. Bath room with shower. The villa is on the Lascari seaside, train stop Lascari, which is in 4,5 km from Cefalu and 7 km of Cefalu center. Train can bring you in center of Cefalu just in 4 minutes. Walking distance to train and 2 supermarkets is only in 4-6 minutes of walking. Beach is in tranquil walking way without any cars. Villa has optimal position.
90 qm of space consist: well equipped kitchen-living room with sofa for 2 sleepers, 2 double bedroom,1 single bedroom + 1 cradle (cot) bed for children max 6 years old, bathroom with washing machine, max 7 persons + 1 baby, terrace with garden furniture. Quality of the villa: t it is new one, modern, with new furniture, very accurately cured garden and amazing large terrace with dinner table. In addition there is the shower in garden. Private locked parking place inside territory. Wonderful, carefully grown garden encircle this house with tropical plants. Garden is swamping in flowers. In 2 km distance from house there is amazing acquapark, your children will like to visit it.
There is similar accommodation closely, if you have numerous company max 24 persons. Villa located in prestigious district , and only 5 km from Cefalu and 7 km from Center. Nearest airport - Palermo 60 min., Catania 100 min. 500 meters from Bar and walking distance from pizzeria and restaurants

La villa è dotata di aria condizionata.
Meravigliosa villa immersa in un giardino con prato all'inglese. Vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di salinelle conosciuta in tutto il mondo per la sua selvaggia bellezza, si presenta ancora vergine e conserva intatta la vegetazione autoctona. Non è raro infatti, durante i mesi estivi, veder sbocciare, tra le numerose dune di sabbia ricoperte da grandi 'zabare', i bianchi gigli di mare, specie di flora spontanea protetta, tipica della zona.

Response from the manager Dear Stephen, car have back seat belts, you just should always communicate your problems, if you cannot find something. Transfer have not any connection with villa review. The villa which you rent is villa which you have seen in the photos, and you cannot tell contrarian. We did not write that we have bath in bathroom, it is clearly point out - bath room with shower. The villa is close to Lascari seaside, train stop Lascari, which is in 4,5 km from Cefalu and 7 km of Cefalu center. Train can bring you in center just in 4 minutes. Walking distance to train and 2 supermarkets is only in 4 minutes of walking. Beach is in 800 meters tranquil walking way without any cars. Villa has optimal position. This information clearly stated in our adv. You forget to state the quality of the villa, that it is new one, modern, with new furniture, very accurately cured garden. I understand that it is always happend that vacation is costly in Europe, especially in interesting popular places, and some tourists have narrow budget constraint, but it is could not be reason for negative review for beautiful villa like this one. And when you enter in the villa you told me that you like it. So I am sorry and could not understand you. Good luck with your next vacation!
