This lovely cottage is in the village of Chelmorton near to Buxton and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Five Wells Barn is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Chelmorton just four miles from Buxton. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom together with shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and a private patio with furniture. Five Wells Barn is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Secure bike storage. Private patio with furniture. Stabling for horses. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
Town: The ancient, picturesque and peaceful village of Chelmorton is situated in the heart of the Peak National Park. The village boasts a lovely pub which serves excellent food. Chelmorton has a fascinating historic landscape of 'fossil' arable strips enclosed within drystone walls and the village has a lovely medieval church of St John the Baptist.
