We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces, and Electronics. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also emptying the hot tubs, sanitizing, and refilling with freshwater and chemicals after each guest stay. This cabin needs a good cleaning. WiFi? LOL. The pictures must be very old. I have new ones. Not worth the money. Sorry.

We will look into the bed situation, unfortunately, some people prefer rock hard beds and other prefer sleeping on clouds. We are sorry you weren't aware of the fishing situation. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
