Meadow Branch Cottage at East Fork Farm

Marshall cottage

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 2

“Breathtaking Cottage with a Big Heart” Staying at Meadow Branch Cottage was by far the best vacation location we have ever found! The location was absolutely amazing, close enough to town, but far enough away to feel secluded and enjoy time together. The cottage is set perfectly on the mountain overlooking the green farm and views of the mountains. The outside area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time alone. The cedar soaking tub is what set this cottage over the top! The view of the stars at night while soaking was breathtaking. We will definitely be back to this cottage!! If you are looking for a clean, eco friendly, organic location for your trip, this is it! We even stayed an extra night to enjoy the cottage one more day!!

Asheville Area Private Cottage! Beautiful Views! Fine Art Interiors Green Built!

Asheville cottage

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 4

“Couldn't think of a better place to be outside of Asheville!” This cottage is wonderful! Especially waking up in the morning and seeing a slightly cloudy sky over the mountains. Very soothing for the soul. Ron & Rachel are also very friendly and went out of their way to make the cottage feel as homely as possible. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!

“Hidden Gem” Stumbled upon Reva's place just looking last minute for accommodations for the night, but we found so much more. The property is gorgeous, not too far outside of Asheville but far enough away to see every star in the sky. The animals were a fun touch and the trails around the property were great. She offers a ton of spiritual healing packages that I'd like to come back and take advantage of, the only thing we used was the hot tub that was tucked away on the property and was wonderful to watch the stars at night. Would definitely recommend!

About Hot Springs

You can feel the warmth of Hot Springs, North Carolina through the healing mineral springs, breathtaking landscape, and friendly residents. Located in the western part of the state where the French Broad River and Spring Creek unite, Hot Springs has been a popular vacation destination for over 150 years. Visitors are drawn to the therapeutic benefits of its waters and the beauty of its natural surroundings, which include the Pisgah National Forest and a section of the Southern Appalachian Mountains.

Hot Springs was originally discovered by Native Americans and named for the elevated temperatures found in its mineral waters. Europeans arrived later and established early settlements. The result is a region rich in cultural history and renowned for its unique offerings such as mountain biking, rafting, fishing, and horseback riding.

Be sure to make time for these popular activities and sights:

  • Max Patch: This hiking trail offers exquisite views favored by both visitors and locals.
  • The Yellow Teapot: A hot spot for afternoon tea, this venue also doubles as a gallery for regional art.
  • Paddler's Pub: This bar and restaurant is a place to enjoy live music and mingle.
  • Paint Creek: This fishing spot is a great place to find your catch of the day.
  • Huck Finn Rafting Adventures: Providing the seasonal activity of tubing trips, these popular rafting adventures take place on the French Broad River.

There are several places for food, fun, and plenty of shopping in Hot Springs. Many of these outlets are situated near Bridge Street, which is considered the town center. As nighttime rolls around, relax in a downtown condo, a spacious villa, or secluded cabin. A vacation rental often comes with all the comforts of home and spectacular views of the region too.

Making your way around Hot Springs is easily be done by car, so you can access all of the area's sights and activities. The region experiences moderate seasonal temperatures year-round and the hot springs are always warm no matter what time you head there. While you are staying in town, there are a number of neighboring cities that might also pique your interest, including Asheville and Maggie Valley.

Awesome Mountain Get away!

Went to the mountains with some Marine buddies to catch up and do a little trail magic on the Appalachian Trail. Cabin was great with lots of room and clean. Clear little trout stream in the yard was nice as well. Would stay again! … see more
