“It is a great place to stay with family! Definitely recommend it!” We stayed in the villa for more than 2 weeks, and really enjoyed our time there! The house is better in real life than on the pictures (in my opinion) We had extended family with us, in-laws, and children. Great space and a back garden where children were freely running around. Fruit trees are there in the garden, with real lemons, pomegranates, oranges, figs, ...flowers. Big house, space was enough for everyone, huge terrace and a balcony. Special thanks to Ali Duman, he was extremely patient with us and very much helpful! Great service! The sea is about 20-25 mins walking, but we rented a car so it takes 3 mins by car to get there. The beach is fantastic. Not many people, which was very much desirable for us! No tourists!! only nice and friendly local people!!! We enjoyed our time on the beach, made friends... it is kind of a wild beach, but clean, it has parking space, 4 changing wooden rooms, and a shower. There is a market every wednesday, you can buy whatever you want from fruits to clothes, local amazing teas, spices, etc. Also, superstore is about 20mins walking, which is fine! as we all need to exercise and be healthy and strong! You can see so much more when you just walk around! Touristic area is quite far, maybe 40-50 mins walking,,,,in case if you are lonely and want to meet other travellers, there plenty of opportunities and night life, etc.:)) most of them, however, are russians :) Anyway, we had a great time together with the family! and sea was very clean! I could see my toes and fish around . This place is definitely for someone who wants to have some nice time out far from all distractions, big cities, noise, etc.

“Very Nice apartment” Our family of four stayed at this large and very comfortable apartment for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Great location next to Taksim square with great shopping and heaps of nice and affordable eats. Apartment was exceptionally clean and modern. Some stairs to climb but that was no issue for us. Owner lives o/seas but easily contacted and always responds quickly. Would definatel stay here again next time we visit Istanbul.

“Excellent place in the modern centre of Istanbul” The service rendered was perfect, including the service to pick us up at the airport and to bring us directly to the apartment in the late evening. The house was warm and cosy and al you need for a fine stay was available. Locotion was perfect, in the neighbourhood of Taksim, Bosporus and public transport. Recommandable!!.And nice weather for the beginning of november!

“couldn't be bettter!” I spent there a week. Apartmennt is perfect for 5/6 people, with everything what you can need in a house (dishes, laundy, air condition, towels, wifi, ect.). Very, very clean. Located almost at the main promenade of Istanbul but quiet. Owner extremely helpful. I'm sure that I'll be back there!
