Built in 2009 this is a contemporary ECO property of approx 200sq m boasting uninterrupted panoramic sea views from its elevated position, yet the property is only a short walk from the award winning beach and in close proximity to the bustling fishing village of Looe. With your own balcony you can enjoy al fresco dining, whilst watching the fishing boats pass by. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and let your cares wash away..
Shore View is located in a quiet coastal village and is well positioned for exploring Cornwall and an ideal base for access to beaches and attractions. The local villages have a small but diverse selection of eateries and watering holes which you can enjoy at your leisure.
The property is furnished to a comfortable high standard laid out over 3 floors, and has three wet rooms (two with baths as well) and eco friendly heat and rainwater recovery systems.
There is off street parking for two cars on the property and one well behaved dog can be accommodated.

“Wonderful stay”
We enjoyed a great stay at this lovely property. The weather allowed us to use all of the space and facilities, including the brilliant balcony to its full potential - eating, drinking, soaking up the sun, seeing out to sea, hearing the waves and watching the world go by. The owners were easily contactable if required but they had done such a great job of fully kitting-out the home with everything required for a comfortable stay that we had no need to bother them. This included all linen/towels/hygiene items and biscuits as a welcome gift! Thank you. Everything was very clean and tidy and you could see that the owners take Covid precautions very seriously so that our stay felt as safe as possible. Great location, friendly village, good local amenities. Beach was excellent and fairly quiet even at half-term. Our family would be pleased to return to this wonderful house in the future.

“Great view, like the location, all you need in a property by the coast”
Very please with house appearance and location with great view. facilities all of high standard Its a step walk to the beach and the blue plate restaurant in the village is very good. Liked the small touches of cleaning stuff, tea coffee and other basics available on arrival. House is formed over 3 floors so a lot of stair climbing.

“Perfect home in a perfect location”
Fourth visit to Shoreview, feels like home. Love the area with a dog friendly beach. Places to eat nearby and Seaton is a gentle stroll away. Locals are very friendly never want to come home.
