Sailor's Penthouse is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with large rooftop terrace offering wonderful views of Falmouth harbour, The Carrick Roads and beyond.

Just a few minutes walk from the town centre, and with amazing views of the bay, this modern apartment ticks every box! Sleeping up to four in two bedrooms with two bathrooms the delightful holiday apartment is in a residential street just a few minutes’ walk from Falmouth town centre.

The large rooftop terrace perched above the bay offers outstanding panoramic views of the harbour, and is a delightful place to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks.

Sailor’s Penthouse is located on the second floor. Once inside you’ll find a spacious open plan living area with a vaulted ceiling and comfortable leather sofas which are perfectly positioned to allow you to make the most of that magnificent view. It is the ultimate place to relax and unwind after a hard days exploring, with TV and BluRay player provided – if you can drag yourself away from the views from the balcony!

The modern kitchen features an electric oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher. The large fridge and freezer provides plenty of space to store the fantastic local produce available in Falmouth.

A seperate utility room houses a washing machine / dryer and storage space for sailing gear etc.

The master bedroom with patio doors bring plenty of light (and sea air!) into the room, which is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, wall-mounted TV and wardrobe. The en-suite shower room has a walk in shower, WC, basin and radiator.

Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed which can be made up into twin singles if required, a wall-mounted TV and a wardrobe.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

A garage is provided for guests to use, suitable for a medium size car.

Sailor’s Penthouse is the perfect property for those looking for a leisurely and peaceful stay in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. Designed for relaxing, the property will delight, inspire and calm its lucky guests.

Guests are advised that this is a second floor apartment accessed via a 27-step staircase – it is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 8 years of age at this property.
