Description
As the name suggests the superb views across the waters of Falmouth Bay at this apartment are what make it so special. With the boats and beach activity there is always something to see at Sea Views! Wonderfully located, close to Pendennis Point and Castle both the beaches and the town centre are within easy walking distance. The more active can also walk the coastal footpath, or get on the water in canoes, boats or paddle boards.
Newly refurbished, this apartment now offers central heating, WiFi, an allocated parking space and is decorated in neutral colours throughout. The double bedroom, which has its own en suite shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC, while the second bedroom has twin single beds. A third bedroom has a single bed and some water views. The newly fitted family bathroom has a large bath with shower over, sink and WC.
The open plan living room is flooded with light with the sea providing a colourful backdrop. Two comfortable sofas and chairs are the perfect place to relax. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave plus fridge with ice box.
Please note children under 12 are not permitted to stay at Sea Views
Located on the second floor with a private garage (suitable only for small or medium sized cars) and passenger lift access, this is a comfortable apartment with stunning views!
