A delightful 2 bedroom duplex apartment in a modern development located in the heart of Falmouth Town, moments from the water and with a secure allocated parking space.

The moment you enter this second floor duplex apartment you will quickly realise why it is named “The Lighthouse” – with an impressive double height ceiling and huge windows, the living room is flooded with light and overlooks Falmouth High Street.

It sleeps 4 guests in two comfortable bedrooms with reserved and secure on-site parking, and it is just a few steps to the many shops and restaurants of Falmouth town centre and the harbour.

You will find The Lighthouse in The Pier Apartments, a recent development located right on the Prince of Wales Pier with the water a few steps away and private parking behind electric security gates. The charm of this apartment is matched only by its convenience. It is perfect for guests looking to have a great time in Cornwall with minimal fuss – The Lighthouse offers the perfect package!

Located on the second floor, guests arrive to find a hallway, complete with wooden floor, which takes you through to the comfortable living space. Here you will find ample seating arranged around a coffee table and facing a large TV. Catching up on your favourite shows will be easy with the Smart TV & Freesat – WiFi is also available for guests use.

Also in the living area is a generous dining table, affording you a charming place to sit and plan the day’s activities. There are so many fantastic restaurants on your doorstep when you stay at this apartment that cooking may not be on your agenda – however, with so much local produce also available you may well be tempted to dine at home, which allows you to take full advantage of the crisp and delightful kitchen. It features a sociable breakfast bar as well as a Neff oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. You will also find a washing machine – handy if someone drops ice cream on themselves!

There is also a useful shower room with WC, basin and large walk-in shower on this ground floor.

Upstairs the beautiful master bedroom is tastefully decorated to provide an oasis of calm in which you can relax and recharge your energy for another busy day enjoying yourself. You’ll find it extra easy to unwind and get a good night’s sleep thanks to the super king-size bed. There’s plenty of storage in the form of a wardrobe, a dresser, and twin bed side tables, meaning you can unpack and feel at home rather than living out of a suitcase. There’s also a wall mounted television, so there’s no incentive to get up early in the morning unless you feel like it.

The ample second bedroom features a double bed – there is plenty of storage in here as well, and an en-suite shower room comprising of a WC, hand basin, and a further walk-in shower.

This amazingly central location means you won’t have any trouble keeping yourself occupied during your stay in Cornwall. If you choose to leave the car at home there are numerous passenger ferries that can take you up or down the river to some wonderful destinations.

Guests are advised that this is a second floor apartment accessed via a staircase, and it is therefore unsuitable for those with restricted mobility. The convenient town centre location does mean that on occasion some background noise will inevitably be audible.

Great place to stay flat was in prime location walking distance from the marina, shops and restaurants. The accomodation was clean, spacious a d ticked all the boxes.
