Description

The cottage is in a lovely peaceful and relaxing location, yet close to all amenities.

Within 5 minutes you can walk to Gyllingvase beach where there is a restaurant and bar and beach cafe. Or you can walk into town where there are several restaurants, quaint high street and maritime museum.

There are plenty of attractions locally, Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens, boat trips, childrens watersports adventure club and beautiful scenic coastal walks.

The house is ideal for a family or a couple.

Getting around

As the house is so close to Falmouth town and Gylly beach you can spend your holiday just walking to different parts of Falmouth. There are also lovely boat trips to St Mawes, Helford River and Truro these all go from Falmouth. The train station is also in close proximity the train take approximately 20 minutes to Truro. There are also buses that go to local beaches such as Maenporth and to Trebah gardens.

Interaction with guest

We are available to our guests by phone and my Housekeeper Lives locally. When you arrive at the property you will access the keys via a key safe located at the property.

- Ensure wheelie bin is taken out on Monday evenings, all rubbish in dustbin must be in black sacks.
- All garden furniture must be put back to its orginal location
- No one must sleep on sofa
- All damages must be reported

We had a lovely holiday in well appointed accommodation. It was very convenient for the beach and just a short walk into Falmouth. We will definitely return again soon.

“A Good Place for a Family Holiday”

4 of us stayed here for a week in July 2012. The house is in a great situation for local beaches in Falmouth and the Town Centre is only 10-15 minutes walk away. It has a very nice garden and views of the sea from the main bedroom. The owners are very thorough contacting us before we left to see if there were any queries and when we were there to see if there were any problems. Very much recommended for families or small groups.
