Description

It is a victorian mid terraced town house on three levels in the heart of Falmouth Town and enjoys some of the finest panoramic open views of the harbour, estuary and bay. All principal rooms have amazing views and access to terrace/balconies.

Ground floor - Comprises of main kitchen with breakfast bar and living room. Folding sliding door leads onto a balcony with glass balustrades.

Stairs lead up to top floor.

Top floor - Bedroom 1 standard double 4'6"x6'3 (135x190cm), bathroom, dining area and balcony with stunning views.

Lower ground floor - From the main front door you access a second private door leading down to dressing room, shower room and bedroom 2. This has 2 single 3'0"x6'3" (90x190cm) zip link beds and can be set up as two singles or one Super King 6'0"x6'3" (180x190cm). Bed 2 will be set up as Super King unless two singles requested at time of booking.

Directly outside the bedroom is a private terrace with table and chairs.

Stored in a trunk under the stairs is a travel cot which can be placed in either of the bedrooms or dressing room. High chair and stair gates are also available.

Ideal for two couples sharing as the layout of the property would allow couples to spend time together but also enjoy their own private space. Also good for a family with baby or older children. Please NOTE the bedrooms are not on the same level so not suitable for very young children that need to sleep close to parents bed room. See floor plan - Bed room 1 is on the top floor, bed room 2 on the lower ground floor, with living room and kitchen in between.

Regrettably the property is not suitable for disabled access due to steep stairs.

There is an open stair case leading from top floor to a loft room. This is for owner use only so therefore no access.

Getting around

A car is not essential. However if you have one there is a allocated residents permit holder parking space. Should you have more than one car there is also on street parking nearby on a first come basis. Once parked you can leave car there as long as you like.

Interaction with guest

I will not be present but you can always contact me on my mobile should there be any problems. I have a great holiday changeover company who will make sure everything is ready for your stay, including a welcome pack. Bedding and towels plus weekly bedding and towel change included. If more cleaning is required that can be arranged at extra charge.

“A chic little apartment with amazing views!”

We stayed here for a long weekend flying down from Edinburgh to Newquay. I was dreading the Cornish traffic but it was an easy hour door to door. On arriving at the apartment there was a thoughtful pint of milk in fridge and some Cornish biscuits, really nice gesture. The apartment itself is more of a townhouse with lots of lovely nooks and crannies filled with interesting things. My favourite being the old reclaimed cinema seats. Everything is well stocked and we never wanted for anything. An evening aperitif taken on the upstairs balcony was delightful. The only thing we didn't have to confidence in mastering was the parking. The locals seemed quite I impassioned about this and told us so on more than one occasion so we decided to park on the street above! Did not detract from a wonderful break however. Would thoroughly recommend here.
