This luxurious brick-built semi-detached barn conversion is situated on the outskirts of the pretty Staffordshire village of Fulford and can sleep six people in two bedrooms.Manor Barn is a luxurious brick-built semi-detached barn conversion situated on the outskirts of the pretty Staffordshire village of Fulford and can sleep six people in one super king-size double (zip/link) bedroom and a double room with en-suite. There is a family bathroom, plus an additional basin and WC on the ground floor. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed and a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars, lockable bike storage and a enclosed lawned garden with raised terrace with patio, furniture and hot tub. Manor Barn is a luxury retreat for couples or families looking to explore Staffordshire and the surrounding area.
Amenities: Gas central heating, with underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. EV charger. Enclosed lawned garden with raised terrace with patio, furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the drive to access the cottage. Note: Free range hens roam the gardens, so dogs will require supervision.

Fulford has a busy community spirit and proudly takes part in the best kept village competition and its easy to see why. From Fulford, there are rhododendron and dawn chorus walks in the spring and a delightful walk to take in the every changing scenery in the Autumn, plus the village holds an annual Fulfest Music Festival too. Just short drives from Fulford are the towns of Stone, Stafford and Uttoxeter, each with a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
