Description
A 600sqm garden surrounds the house, has a big outdoor patio, and a wide parking lot. The indoor is composed by two bedrooms and one big living room with view on the gulf. It is 200 m far from sandy yellow beach.
The house is situated in a quiet and relaxing natural surrounding far away from the city traffic. It can comfortably host up to 5 guests. The position, the architectural design and the quiteness of the area makes the villa really exclusive.
Manfria is one of the best seaside area of Gela situated about 10 km far from the town following the direction of Agrigento. The area is characterized by a sandy golden beach that extends for more than 30 km from the harbour of Gela to the harbour of Licata almost uninterrupted. The beach of Manfria has dunes covered by typical mediterranean scrubs featuring all the Gulf of Gela.
The guests can enjoy both the beautiful and isolated beach under the tower of Manfria and the 5 beach resorts of the area. Moreover the area is a perfect spot for windsurfers and kite surfers.
In this evocative seaside landscape you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
The house has a strategical location that links it to the main touristic places of the south – Sicily. At a maximum distance of 70 km it is possible to visit the "Valle dei templi of Agrigento," the amazing beach of Scala dei Turchi "," the ancient "Villa Romana del Casale", the city of Piazza Armerina, the archeological site of Morgantina "", the "baroque of Ragusa Ibla and the potteries of" Caltagirone ".
Internet connection, if required, has a cost of 2 euro per day to be paid in cash at arrival.
Bed linens and towels, if required have a cost of 8 euro per person for the total stay, to be paid by cash at arrival.
