Description

Chyreene Court is located just 2 minutes' walk from the beach. The ground floor apartments each have good sea views from the lounge, double bedroom and patio. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from St Ives, Chyreene is just a mile from all the local amenities in Hayle and its excellent varied eateries.

While you're not taking in the views,or watching the sun set over the bay, you can make the most of one of the country's most idyllic beaches right on your doorstep. With a double and a twin bedroom, Chyreene is ideal for families or small groups, and its location the perfect hub for exploring West Cornwall.

Getting around

Our location is a great hub for seeing the whole of West Cornwall, but, being West Cornwall, public transport isn't the most regular, so if you plan on lot of touring around, you'll be better off with a car or bikes. The closest bus stop is just a 200m away. In high season, buses run roughly once an hour to either Penzance or St Ives. The nearest train station is in Hayle, a mile away. Depending on the time of year, trains can run up to once every hour to Penzance or St Ives

Most guest prefer to be left alone on during their stay, but we live just across the road, you'll have our number, and are always there to help, whether you need more towels or a suggestion of where to eat.

Response from the owner Thanks for the review Sarah Glad you were happy overall and thanks for the 4 stars. Sorry you found the apartments bathroom and kitchen a little small for your family. A note to any potential guests... The kitchens and bathroom are rated 3 star by the tourist board but, as Sarah points out, it’s not a huge space if you intend to spend a long time in the kitchen. However, we have 6 apartments at Chyreene Court, and most of our repeat customers prefer this apartment (and the others with identical rooms) to the 2 apartments which have much larger bathrooms and larger kitchens, purely because of the slightly better views, so most people don’t seem too worried about the size.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
