Enjoy Riverfront luxury accommodations downtown Beautiful Helen Georgia. Walk into town, fish, swim and enjoy Helen at its best! Our newly renovated retreat features 3 comfortable bedrooms with two king master suites and one bunk bed bedroom. Smart TVs throughout..not that you will watch much TV with the abundance of great attractions nearby. Enjoy rafting, zip lines, kayaking, tubing, water parks, horseback riding, golf, canoeing, fishing, wildlife refuge, biking or hiking to many majestic waterfalls close by. You can fish from the balconies of this spacious and recently renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath Rivers Edge Condo within walking distance to everything. I know you will thoroughly enjoy this luxury Bavarian-style hamlet in the mountains of North Georgia as much as we do. “Great Place and Location”

This was our 2nd trip to Helen, Ga. We definitely will be returning during the summer. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location is close to restaurants and walking distance to the shops.

I regret that you felt the need to give a one star review because of the policy you agreed to with Trip Advisor. Thank you for noting we gave you exactly what we agreed to give you which is a beautiful place for the dates you reserved. Trip Advisor offers Trip Insurance for the reasons you are stating and Yes I have had family emergencies as well as deaths in the family..We offer rescheduling when given notice and the dates reserved are re-rent. Anyone reading this review please note the facts that the cancellation policy is given when booking this property, trip insurance is offered, this traveler received in her own words a beautiful, comfortable and clean property which is what we agree to provide for you.
