“fabulous” Fabulous peaceful and luxurious house - with beautiful beaches to go to (better in the morning, if you do not like the crowd) - the coulourfull city of Lefkada not far away to shop and walk - the fantastic view from different terraces in the house, the swimming pool and poolhouse to play cards, and Julie always available for advice. We (2 couples + 5 kid) spent 2 weeks there and just had time to explore the island and enjoy the house. Highly recommended !

“First wisit to Kefalonia - not disappointed :-)” This was our first visit to Kefalonia. We did not know anything about the Island, so we made the decision to rent this villa based on earlier reviews. And we were not disappointed! The villa is well kept, and everything was just as described and depicted, if not better. The owner or his father came by every day to tend to the pool, and a nice lady came to clean twice a week. A bonus was that the villa had Wi-Fi installed just before we came, so we could use our computer and smartphone whenever needed. The villas best feature was, for us, its location. It's a short drive from Skala, with its stone/pebble beach, nice restaurants, charming small shops, multiple supermarkets and a park with a playground. But because the villa is within walking distance of to the beautiful Kaminia beach, which is said to be the best beach for families with children with its soft sand, shallow waters and no currents and of course crystal clear water, we didn't have to go to Skala if we didn't want to. There are to tavernas on the beach, and the second one has good food, a beautiful view, a separate snackbar down by the beach and free umbrellas and sunbeds. We hope to come back to Kefaloni, to discover more of this beautiful islands secrets. And when we (hopefully) do we wish to return to Villa asterea. It was a perfect, relaxing holiday - sun, sand and sea, along with interesting history, stunning nature and a feel of the genuine Greek way of life.

“Great place to spend your holiday” Drinking coffee on the seaside in the morning was the most relaxing moment. The view on the back of the villa it's wonderful. The description from the site matches with the reality. Everything was excellent, I definitely recommend it. The island is a very beautiful place to spend your holiday and if you want to have a perfect vacation go and stay at the "Mediterraneo Home".

“Great place for lovers or a group of friends” Truly fantastic apartments. Very clean and nicely finished. The balcony from every apartment opens out to the sea where my husband and I spent many hours relaxing and enjoying the view. The property is a five minute drive just south of Skala in a quiet, rural area of immense natural beauty. It was nice to be close to the amenities of the town while being in a noise-free area with lots of privacy. The front of the house faces green countryside and a mountain, while the back of the house faces onto a sandy beached sea. Whatever you do, do not miss taking a walk along the shore from apartment to the southern most tip of the island. The sunset is breathtakingly beautiful. The sun seems as if it is falling off the edge of the earth and the colors are magnificent.

“Dream holiday!” We spent a week at the end of july 2013 int this dreamland. We booked for villa Cheloni. We've got amazing holiday for our price. Villa has 2 swimming pools,jacuzzis a fantastic bbq area, good sized terrace with amazing views to nidri and the islands. Villas cleaned every day, staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for them. Everything is in the highest standards inside and outside too. City centre is in about 2 minutes by car, so the nightlife is so close. “Loved it !!!” The whole family (my wife, 2 kids and me) stayed at the "scorpio" apartment in July 2012 for 8 days. I want to say a few things about the set up there. The apartment is everything that the brochure is referring to and much more. The apartment is really luxurious. The view is breathtaking. The amenities are all there. The sea is perfect. The island is so green with so many beaches and places to visit. Above all the Princes'Islands offered us everything that we needed. We all really had a perfect holiday.
