Third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has a brand new king bed. Extensive use of stone & maple flooring. State of the art light and sound systems. Dual zoned heating and A/C & dual paned windows. There is a $50.00 per night extra fee for use of the A/C. Spa overlooking ocean, dipping pool and waterfall, with special parking/entertainment area in front of house. Outdoor shower. Garage built to function as extra room for guests, with A/C, windows, & special stained concrete flooring. Walled and gated for privacy along front of house.
