Aloha and welcome to our ocean view beach villa! Kailani Villa is a spacious, luxury 3 bedroom villa has been beautifully furnished and offers all the comforts of home along with the luxury of a world-class tropical vacation. The large lanai with comfortable armchairs and a large couch allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle from sunrise to sunset. You have the choice of keeping your lanai doors open and enjoying the fresh Hawaiian breeze or using the central air-conditioning. The signature state-of-the-art kitchen is designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The granite kitchen island has 4 bar stools for casual dining and socializing. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 people. The living room features a large, modular sofa that can be arranged to sleep two more people if needed. We also have Netflix available on the 55” flat screen in the living room so you have endless options of movies, TV shows & entertainment. The Master Bedroom opens up to the lanai and has its own luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, large separate shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. Bedroom#3 also has its own full bathroom and two TwinXL beds that may be converted into a King bed upon request. All the beds are brand new, top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic beds with sumptuous linens, plush pillows and cozy down comforters that will surround you in supreme luxury. Feel free to pack light as a Bosch washer & dryer are provided in your unit for your convenience. Should you desire to grill outdoors, there are four Wolf Grills and numerous picnic tables available around the pool areas for your pleasure. This villa provides you with a unique, relaxing experience that truly represents the meaning of “Ko Olina”, a “Place of Joy”. We look forward to having you join us here.
This villa comes with two parking stalls allocated to the property. If you require any extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort's discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.
Optional services offered upon request: Mid-stay housekeeping. Babysitting services provided by a First Aid and CPR certified family member. Please inquire for rates and availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
