DUE TO THE LATEST COVID-19 REGULATIONS WE, ARE OFFERING OAKLODGE FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 6 OR A FAMILY BUBBLE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2020. (THESE DISCOUNTS ARE ALREADY APPLIED IN THE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR).

The prices on our website would provide access to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; one en-suite and 2 main bathrooms.

If you would like access to a 4th bedroom and bathroom (another en-suite), there would be an additional charge of £200. Please email me through TripAdvisor if you wish to book these facilities.

If you would like access to the whole house, you would need to pay the full cost (before the discount was applied). Please email me through TripAdvisor if you wish to book these facilities.

Generously proportioned 5 bed-roomed 200 year old Coach House of considerable character with attractive large enclosed private front garden p (the Garden is great location for outdoor entertaining) there is free parking 20 meters around the corner in Eskin Street.

Conveniently positioned within 5 minutes of the town centre in an attractive residential area and enjoys some stunning views towards the surrounding Lakeland fells

Oak lodge is a Grade II listed period property which has retained its original character and outstanding original features.

This generously proportioned holiday home of distinction provides accommodation to the highest of standards with excellent examples of antique furniture throughout the property.

This 5 bedroom period house offers spacious, well equipped self-catering accommodation, ideal for 2 / 3 families or groups of Walkers / Bikers / Large groups holidaying together for between 5 & 12 people

The house was refurbished in 2019, tastefully restored throughout and three newly fitted extra bathrooms making a total of four

It has a modern theme whilst keeping its period charm, with such amenities as wireless internet access and wall mounted TVs in 3 rooms

I booked this house for a large group and it was perfect, with plenty of room and great bathrooms. Good location within five minutes walk of the town centre and given the nightmare weekend parking in this 'B&B land' part of Keswick, the parking spaces were a bonus. Well equipped, clean, outdoor space if you're lucky with the weather (we were!), if you're looking for a large property for a big group of friends or family, then its perfect. Highly recommended.

“Beautiful, luxurious, well equipped accommodation in an ideal location”

Oak Lodge is beautifully decorated and has a luxurious feel to it. It is spacious, very clean, well equipped and in an ideal location, just a few minutes walk away from all of the shops and eateries. The house is situated in a quiet road opposite a church. Lovely.

“Home from home”

If you are a group of friends or family wanting to stay close to all the amenities that Keswick has to offer but want it to be both comfortable and quiet, then this is the place for you. Oak lodge is situated a 4/5 minute flat walk to the centre of the town in a quiet residential area. As soon as you walk through the front door into the beautiful, large hallway, you feel at home. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with enough seating for up to 12 people. The dining room, off the well equipped kitchen, also seats 12 around a huge table. With one bedroom and shower/toilet down stairs and 4 more bedrooms and 2 en suites and a family bath/shower room there are enough very comfortable beds for 12 people and a cot is provided. This house has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay in, what we think is, the best town in The Lakes. The only one thing we found a little strange was that we had to provide our own towels. If you are travelling by public transport or from abroad, this could be a real pain. And 2 members of our party forgot theirs!!!!!!!!! The owners allows pets to stay in the property and there is free wifi should you need it. We would certainly recommend this property to both family and friends. It's one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in and certainly the best for convenience for restaurants, shops, The theatre, etc and all that Keswick has to offer. Fantastic. Thanks.

“Heart of the lake District”

Oaklands is a beautiful house set in Keswick ,lots of room ,very well furnished ample space ,Kitchen filly equiped with very large dinning table for evening meals . Definitely going to book again
