This stone-built stable conversion next to the owners' home is located just less than one mile from Kirkoswald and sleeps four people.The Coach House is a lovely stone-built, stable conversion next to the owners' home, 0.8 miles from the village of Kirkoswald, within reach of Penrith. This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double bedroom with en-suite, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a double sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture and an outdoor woodburner and access to private woodland with a fenced pond. The Coach House is a delightful, cosy base for a couple on a romantic retreat.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for outdoor woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and booster seat for dining chair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed decked area with furniture and outdoor woodburner. One well-behaved dog welcome on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Spiral staircase to first floor.
