Villa locates in 90 meters ONLY from beautiful sand beach! It is luxury house with huge PRIVATE swimming pool!!! You can relax here whole day in pool or in comfortable armchairs under umbrella with fresh breeze from amazing crystal clean Tyrrhenian Sea, because of vicinity of beach and see your children happy to joke in the pool. In encirclement is delightful landscape with greens and big rocks strewed by nature, pine-trees, unforgettable Sicilian mountains and azure sea with 4 islands which possible to see. Please notice that max occupancy 12 persons only, we cannot accommodate here more persons. Near the entrance is green terrace with dinner table. In addition in garden there is a barbecue and additional summer shower close to pool. This villa are 120 m2 of interior space which consist: well equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms: 3 twin and 3 double + 1 cradle (cot) bed for children (on reguest with supplement), 2 family bathroom with washing machine, max 12 persons + 1 baby, terrace with garden furniture. In addition there is the shower in garden. Private secure parking place.

Also in Cefalu accessible 1 day sea walking tour to islands Lipari and Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli. You will have unforgettable impression from each 20 min. eruption of vulcano Stromboli.
