About Manor House 4
The Manor House in Looe is a fine Edwardian villa set in a commanding position and having what are surely some of the finest views in Looe. Now converted into six, luxury apartments the level of accommodation provided is of the very highest quality with great attention having been paid to every detail of the construction. Surrounding the property is a private car park and south facing areas of decking from where to enjoy the views and the sunshine.
Apartment no.4 is on the first floor and accessed by two flights of easy going stairs. The entrance hallway leads to the bright and airy sitting, dining room/kitchen. This dual aspect room faces southwest and has French doors leading to a balcony (with garden furniture) where panoramic views of the harbour, the sea and surrounding countryside can be fully appreciated. The sitting area is furnished in comfortable leather, has a Samsung Neo QLED 43 inch Smart TV, where guest can have access to TV streaming services through their own accounts such as Netflix, Now, Amazon Prime, Disney etc, and a DAB Radio are provided along with free wifi. The large settee converts to a very comfortable king size bed (if needed) for up to two extra guests. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with light wood units and is divided from the seating area by a breakfast bar with seating for four which is the dining facility for the apartment.. The appliances include a ceramic hob with extractor over, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. The double bedroom is a good sized room, well fitted with drawer and hanging space and it has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over and w.c. The wash basin is sited in an alcove to the bedroom. Finally there is a separate cloakroom with w.c. and basin.
This is a really delightful apartment which is perfectly located for enjoying the various facilities that Looe provides whilst being slightly distant from the bustle of the town centre. There is a private allocated parking space for the property and wifi access.

“2nd stay at Manor House 4”
Stayed here September 2020 and decided to rebook for June 2021 as we enjoyed it that much. 2nd stay was just as good. Recommended.

“A perfect holiday retreat”
Manor House 4 provided everything that we could wish for and holiday accommodation. The lounge had a lovely view, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking aids the bed was comfortable and the bathroom perfect. The extra toilet was a good idea and the basin in the bedroom useful. We spent many happy hours sitting out on the balcony looking down over Looe during the day and at night. The drive both down from the top to get to Manor house is very steep as is the drive up from the town centre so not for the faint hearted, though thankfully there is a large level parking area beside the house. This also means that you have a steep walk down into the town and consequently a steep walk back up so you need to be fit to stay there. But we felt it was well worth it to get the views from the apartment. We would definitely stay there again
