This modern bungalow sits in the Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth in Falmouth and can sleep 4 people in two bedrooms.Tre Pol Pen is a modern bungalow set in beautiful landscaped gardens in the Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth. There are onsite facilities including an indoor plunge pool, tennis courts and childrens outdoor play area. The bungalow sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The open plan living area with kitchen and sitting area leads to the conservatory/dining room, opening to the patio garden with garden furniture, BBQ and beyond is the shared lawn and gardens. There is off road allocated parking for one car. Located one mile from the closest beach at Swanpool, and a short drive of Falmouth resort attractions, Tre Pol Pen makes an ideal break away.

Note: Two well-behaved dogs are allowed, there is a charge of £15/pet/week.

Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort.

Town: Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).

“Avoid at all costs”

Booked via Sykes Cottages and a total waste. Did not arrive early. The place was filthy. Bed linen strewn around, bath full of old towels. A bag hanging from the bathroom full of what should be flushe… More

Response from the manager Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that the start of your holiday was disrupted. I can see we have spoken with you at length regarding your experience, and a gesture was provided by way of an apology. We were unaware that the prearranged cleaning company had not completed the scheduled clean of the property, and replacement cleaners were sent to address the issues within an hour of receiving your call.
