The house offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the beach and the center of Marzamemi, has 2 very elegant and refined bed, 1 Matrimaniale and a twin bedroom both with air conditioning. 1 bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. The kitchen, elegant and well-equipped, including a dishwasher, presents itself as an open space with a table for 6, two sofas, two armchairs, television and two air conditioners, a huge glass door that 'the feeling of being on a boat. And finally a beautiful terrace equipped with EMU table with chairs for 4 people. The seaside terrace, offers a wide view and opportunity 'to dine by candlelight, enjoying a unique and breathtaking spectacle immersed in a "magical." The Marzamemi lights that are refracted on the water and the transit of the fishing boats, create a picture postcard. The house is in a unique position to comfort 'also external, it has private path to the sea for bathing under the house, and the proximity of the Old Town which can be reached with a walk. Interesting detail for those unwilling to use their car every day. At the center you will find supermarkets, drugstore, tobacconists, newsagents, selling seafood products, souvenir shops, typical restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops selling delicious local produce such as tuna and swordfish caught and processed on the site, then again the famous cherry tomatoes pachino both fresh and dried, etc. Near the house there 'a yacht club where they organize wonderful excursions by boat. Marzamemi, a direct walk from the house, and 'a village where ancient seafaring traditions are still very much alive. Only recently Marzamemi and 'become a popular destination for Italians and many foreigners who enjoy the combination of natural beaches and vitality' of an authentic coastal village that every year has 5 sails clean sea. And also 'a great base to visit the beautiful Park-Natural Reserve Vendicari, the beautiful pristine beaches of Eloro, Marianelli and Calamosca, and then again prehistoric caves of Pantalica, the natural reserve of Cava Grande, the island of Portopalo chief Sparrow, the island of the Tides (which is 'the extreme south of Europe, is more' south of Tunis), San Lorenzo, which lies 2 km north of Marzamemi, marks the beginning of a the most 'beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast. The coast and 'characterized by golden sand beaches, turquoise sea, and bianche.E' limestone also a veritable oasis of rest and peace 'for a wide variety' of birds, and borders the nature reserve Vendicari . Here you will find a wide variety 'of Mediterranean flora and fauna, exotic beaches and Byzantine ruins.
