NOVITA' CON MERAVIGLIOSA PISCINA DI NUOVA COSTRUZIONE
Villa Orchidea è una meravigliosa villa di charme, immersa in un'oasi di calma e relax nel verde dell'Oasi di Vendicari e della tipica campagna siciliana ma, nello stesso tempo, si trova a pochi passi dal mare (5 VELE DI MARE PULITO). La villa è dotata di un grande prato pieno di fiori di gelsomino siciliano, ibiscus e circondata da un rigoglioso giardino di palme tropicali. Al centro del prato si trova una SPLENDIDA PISCINA ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti con sdraio gazebo e ombrelloni. Villa orchidea è una sofisticata miscela di antico ma, nello stesso tempo, è altamente funzionale ed estremamente confortevole. E' composta da due grandi verande: una si affaccia sul prato dove ci sono delle sdraio, un salotto in vimini, un dondolo, una panca e dei tavoli con le sedie per poter mangiare all'aperto; l'altra è posta sul retro della casa ci sono due tavoli, panche e sedie, un forno a legna ed un barbacue, una doccia esterna, un piccolo orto con piante di limoni e fichi ed un pergolato di uva da tavola.
Villa Orchidea è composta da DUE APPARTAMENTI adiacenti, ideale per due famiglie che vogliono trascorre le vacanze insieme ma che vogliono mantenere la loro privacy: - IL PRIMO è composto da due camere matrimoniali con due culle per baby, un bagno con doccia, una cameretta con letto singolo, una zona giorno con due divani ed una cucina in muratura super accessoriata e completa di LAVASTOVIGLIE,MACCHINA DA CAFFE'ecc.;IL SECOND0,è composto da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia ed un soggiorno-cucina.La villa è arredata con gusto con mobili antichi di fine ottocento e gli oggetti che l'arredano fanno parte della storia contadina della campagna siciliana che gli donano grande fascino

How do damage deposits work?
