Description
La casa vacanza "Kitiya's House", è composta da due camere da letto entrambe con aria condizionata, soggiorno, bagno, cucina, un'ampissima veranda con vista mare. Vi è inoltre, uno spazioso atrio esterno, dove sono presenti, un box doccia, un forno, ed un BBQ in muratura. l'abitazione è ubicata a soli 5 metri dalla spiaggia avente sabbia finissima di colore molto chiaro quasi dorata. Il mare, è tra i più belli, puliti, limpidi e cristallini della Sicilia. Nella spiaggia è presente anche un chiosco dove ci si può sedere e sorseggiare un drink o gustarsi un gelato. La zona, è strategica per raggiungere i più bei luoghi della Sicilia sud orientale.
A 3 km circa, si trova Marzamemi, antico borgo di pescatori che, per la sua particolarità e bellezza, è stata sede di parecchi set cinematografici tra i quali: Sud; Oltremare non è l'America; l'iguana; Mario und der Zauberer; e vari episodi del Commissario Montalbano. Ad 1 km inizia la spiaggia dell'Oasi Naturalistica di Vendicari, dove all'interno della riserva è possibile vedere dei rari uccelli che nidificano nel pantano situato all'interno della riserva, non lontano dalla spiaggia. A 8 km, si trova il paese più a sud d'Europa, ovvero, Portopalo di Capo Passero, con l'isola delle Correnti dove avviene l'incontro dei mari Mediterraneo ed Ionio, per questo motivo denominata appunto Isola delle Correnti. A 5 km, i mosaici della villa del Tellaro. A 10 km si trova Noto, capitale del Barocco e Patrimonio mondiale dell'Umanità UNESCO. Altra bellissima città UNESCO, che si trova a circa 40 km, è Ragusa che, con Ragusa Ibla, vi farà passare dei momenti bellissimi con sane passeggiate immersi nel barocco ibleo. A 50 chilometri si trova la città di Siracusa, roccaforte, nonché colonia dell'antica Grecia, che diede i natali al grande scienziato e fisico Archimede. La città, oggi, capoluogo di provincia, consta di circa 130 mila abitanti, ed è caratterizzata da ingenti ricchezze storiche, architettoniche e paesaggistiche, è stata inoltre dichiarata nel 2005, congiuntamente alla Necropoli Rupestre di Pantalica, patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO. Insomma, vi aspettiamo per approfittarne, oltre ad un mare ed una spiaggia che, non ha nulla da invidiare a quelle caraibiche, a visitare quest'angolo della Sicilia sud orientale, "più a sud di Tunisi", immersa nel barocco, con inebrianti profumi misti a tradizioni arabe.
