Sitting in an enviable position right on the dunes of Mawgan Porth and with direct access to the famous sandy beach, Sea Gem offers a truly luxurious holiday experience. Configured to maximize the benefit of the beach side location, Sea Gem offers a large lounge/dining room to the first floor, with bi-fold doors providing access to a balcony with uninterrupted views of the beach and Atlantic beyond.

“Perfect location”
We couldn’t fault this holiday home. Very comfortable, has everything you need, just minutes from the beach (no hill to climb!) and wonderful views from the balcony over the beach. We would recommend this holiday home and we hope to return.

“Fantastic location and great accommodation”
What a great view of the beach and sea from the balcony with some great sunsets as a bonus. The lovely sandy beach is only 2 minutes walk away with great bodyboarding in the sea. The property is very comfortable and bright and great to chill in. The owners were very helpful. Also loved Mawgan Porth.

If Anthony/Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
