In provincia di Agrigento e precisamente in località Lido Fiori nel Comune di Menfi, Villa Amodeo è ideale per le tue vacanze.... appartamento in villa posto al piano rialzato, Mansardato, composto da 2 camere da letto, bagno con doccia, cucina-soggiorno e un comodo terrazzino di circa 16 mq con tettoia in legno per sfruttare la possibilità di consumare i pasti o sorseggiare un buon vino all'aperto ( max 5 posti letto). In giardino un gazebo con tavolo in marmo con accanto un barbecue.
Costituiscono parti comuni con altro appartamento facente parte della villetta l'ampio giardino con piazzale privato di circa mq 800 delimitato da una folta recinzione di leylander, il giardino, un vano lavanderia con doccia, una doccia esterna posta accanto al cancello d'ingresso scorrevole con apertura automatica che vi garantirà tutta la comodità che vi serve al ritorno dal mare. , .
la spiaggia di "lido fiori", molto frequentata e pulitissima, dista meno di 300 metri, ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

La Villa dista circa 5 kilometri dalla rinomata località balneare di Porto Palo che è una frazione del Comune di Menfi dove si svolgono buona parte delle manifestazioni ricreative, ludiche, sportive organizzate dal Comune e dalle associazioni sportive e culturali.
A circa 10 kilometri si trova la cittadina di Sciacca conosciuta per il Carnevale, le sue Terme, ed il suo porticcciolo ; dal lato opposto, sempre ad una distanza di 10 kilometri circa, vi è la località di Selinunte conosciuta per il suo parco archeologico .
Le due unità, potranno essere locate separatamente, pertanto l'intera villa potrebbe avere, nello stesso periodo, più inquilini.
L’immobile dovrà essere lasciato nelle stesse condizioni in cui viene consegnato ( pulizia delle camere e della biancheria da letto).
