The typical country dwelling surrounded by greenery with a garden of 20,000 square meters just over 2 hectares of land surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees, citrus fruits and many Mediterranean maquis, a few km from the beaches of Porto Palo and Lido flowers Awarded for 18 consecutive years by the FEE (Foundation of Environmental Education) with the recognition of the Blue Flag for water quality and services, and for 4 years with the Green Flag (Beaches suitable for children). The house on the ground floor consists of a large masonry kitchen, two double bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a sofa bed (possibility to add 2 more beds), a bathroom with shower, and a veranda of about 100 square meters from where it is possible to admire the African Sea and above all the splendid landscape of the Menfishire. There is also a very charming loft all in wood where there is another very large double bedroom of about 30 square meters. The House can accommodate 6 people, with the possibility of adding other 2. Guest Access Guests will have access to a garden of 2 Hectares composed of olive trees and many citrus trees, but also to the free beaches of Porto Palo, Fiori, Bertolino, a few kilometers from the house. Interaction with Guests Guests will be personally given the keys and provided all the information regarding the stay, beaches, places to visit in Menfi and its surroundings, wine cellars, restaurants, wine bars nearby. The District From the house it is possible to reach and visit different tourist areas of central-western Sicily, for example: -About 9Km Sciacca tourist, thermal and Fish Center -About 10Km Selinunte with its archaeological park among the most important in Sicily. -About 80Km Agrigento Greek archaeological site -About 60km Castellammare del Golfo it is possible to visit the Zingaro Reserve -About 40km Mazara del Vallo famous fish center -About 100Km Trapani with windmills and the famous salt pans. -About 90 km Palermo with its important historical monuments including: the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Cappella Palatina and much more to see. A tour in the surroundings A few minutes from the motorway to Palermo and Trapani, both of which are about 50 minutes away from Menfi Other Things to Highlight If chef service is required at home, to be able to taste the typical local dishes, bike rental, hang-gliding excursions thanks to the presence of the Terranova Flight Field, boat trips with skipper The expenses of the House are all included in the final price, electricity, water, gas. Cleaning fees amount to 50 euros and are extra to be paid locally. Linen and sheets are extra and can be requested, 10 euros per person to be paid locally. I don't want to give any rules, I just hope there is respect as if the house were yours.
