A perfect romantic spot for two, this charming apartment has stunning views and superb, open-plan accommodation.Tucked away in a small residential cul-de-sac is this cosy ground-floor apartment high above the picturesque harbour at Mevagissey. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, this lovely cottage offers modern open-plan living and a bathroom and bedroom looking out onto a pretty garden and sitting area. Visitors can enjoy a stroll down to the harbour, just minutes away, or take a ferry over to Fowey. This is an excellent base for those looking to explore this diverse and fascinating region.

Amenities: Electric storage heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden area with patio, flowerbeds and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Please note this property only accepts dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and harbour side restaurants 10 mins walk. 7KW vehicle charging point ( type 2 tethered connection) available for use, this is shared at present, access arranged via the owner. Note: Babes-in-arms only.

Town: With its cobbled streets and a harbour full of boats, the little town of Mevagissey is the epitome of a Cornish fishing village. This lovely settlement boasts stunning walks leading along the coast in both directions, dotted with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village itself provides a number of excellent pubs and restaurants whist close by are numerous attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the ferry ride from Mevagissey to Fowey, which runs daily between Easter and September. With the addition of the Tall Ships harbour and shipwreck museum at Charlestown and the world famous Eden Project, this is a diverse and fascinating location. With a stunning coastline with fabulous surfing facilities, this area has something to suit all tastes and budgets.
