From Villa Collarina A you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills. Villa Collarina A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills.
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has three windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Mezzanine Level
In the kitchen you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a sofa, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. There is also a nice fireplace made of bricks. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen going down three steps. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
