This ground floor apartment is located in Mullion in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom.The Boathouse is a luxurious ground floor apartment in the village of Mullion on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. The apartment sleeps two people in a double bedroom with a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking and a patio with outdoor furniture. Close to Lizard Point and Mullion Cove, The Boathouse is a superb holiday home on the south Cornwall coast.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 20 mins walk. Note: No children or infants. Note: Although all ground floor, there are no grab rails etc in the bathroom of this property so is not suitable for less mobile guests. Note: Max 2 people in property. Please be advised the charging of Electric vehicles is not permitted at this property, there are local facilities in nearby Helston to charge your vehicle.
