No 36 OCEAN 1 NEWQUAY is a two-bedroom, self-catering apartment with amazing views overlooking the world famous Fistral Beach, Towan Head and the Headland Hotel, yet still in a close proximity to the vibrant town centre. Private parking.

This new contemporary apartment sleeps 4 and is situated on the second floor of Ocean 1 and can be accessed by lift or stairs. The open plan living/dining area leads onto the balcony with wonderful views and is an ideal spot to relax when returning from the beach and watching the magnificent sunset over the ocean.

There are two bedrooms sleeps 4 in beds and has two bathrooms along with secure, allocated parking, FREE WIFI plus video entry system to the apartment. All this creates a relaxing and stress free environment to enjoy your stay in Cornwall.

Not very far from Ocean 1 is the ever popular Lewinnick Lodge Bar and restaurant at the top of the Pentire Headland, which boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic.

A short stroll across Fistral Beach will take you to the Headland Hotel featuring the Terrace Restaurant

If golf is your passion then you can enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in Cornwall and it is only 5 minutes away with amazing views over Fistral Beach.

Getting around

Getting around Newquay is great, already only two minutes from Fistral Beach and 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive into Newquay for all the shops, cafes, restaurants and several other beaches. The bus station is in Newquay as well as a train station. There are also two taxi ranks in Newquay and you will find Taxi numbers in the welcome folder inside the apartment.

Interaction with guest

Your accommodation will be ready for your arrival from 4.00pm onwards but dont worry if wanting to arrive late we operate a key safe box system and will provide contact details throughout your stay. We are based in Newquay so will be contactable at all times. You will also be provided with either the owner details or house keepers details.

Excellent apartment. For a family of 4 this had everything we needed, comfortable beds, clean, great location, 5 minutes to fistral, secure parking, easy access. great self catering facilities.
