Description

The Holiday Villa is set in Holywell Bay a quiet location between the bustling towns of Newquay and Perranporth, on the rugged North Cornish Coast .Just A few strides from the beach path, and a very short walk to the beach You will find it hard to find better situated accommodation for the perfect beach holiday.

Soak up the relaxation, enjoy a glass of champagne on your private balcony while watching the sun set over the beach.

Enjoy the expansive sandy beach, and see if you can find the magical 'Holywell', The film set for Agatha Christies 'And then there were none', Poldark 1st to 5th series, Gullivers Travels, The Salt Path, numerous Rosamund Pilcher films, and even one 007.

Surf lessons can be arranged for you, or you can see the Surf School on the Beach.

If you enjoy walking there is easy access to the Coastal path and the whole Beach is Dog Friendly. The North Coast does offer some of the most spectacular scenery!

The Beach itself was nominated as the Best in the UK by the national Trust it has rock pools, a freshwater trout stream, and sand dunes for the children.

There are two Public Houses serving a range of food and drinks within a few hundred yards of the property and beach shop.

The Villa is Non-Smoking but pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Free WIFI on our Superfast Broadband (Infinity2) - USB ports are provided for charging all your gadgets and European adapters are available for our guests from further afield.

Whilst we welcome dogs, please message us first before making a booking.

Getting around

Bus services run from Holywell Bay to Newquay every hour during the day. There is also a service to Truro. Newquay Train Station is just 7 miles away where as the mainline Truro Station is 12 miles distant. Newquay Airport is 11 miles away. We can arrange pickup / drop off to the airport / Train stations if you do not want to drive down.

Guests will be met by the owners on arrival. The owners are available during your stay if you need them. Body Boards are also available for the use of guests.

“Amazing location”

We had an amazing week at The Holiday Villa in Hollywell Bay, the accommodation is perfectly located right by the beach, there are lots of coastal walks nearby perfect for our dog Alfie. It's very peaceful and relaxing and the view from the terrace is beautiful perfect for breakfast and evening meals weather permitting. I would fully recommend staying here, Liz and Dave are welcoming, friendly and helpful and the accommodation has everything you need and we got shopping delivered by Tesco to the house without a problem. Thank you for a wonderful week, hope to be back next year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
