Welcome to Ocean's Reach.

A superb relaxing, comfortable, well equipped, spacious family house with sea views.

The house sleeps up to 8 people and is situated on a quiet residential road with an enclosed lawned pretty garden and patio.

It is 5 minutes walk away to Lusty Glaze beach and 8 minutes walk away to Tolcarne beach, plus having very close access to the rest of Newquay / Porth beaches.

The house is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and shops and is ideally situated for exploring the many attractions of Cornwall. The centre of Newquay can be reached within a 10 minute walk.

“Well equipped house and fantastic location”

We have just spent a lovely week in this brilliant house which was extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. We particularly liked the warm outside shower to wash off feet and wet suits which meant the majority of sand stays outside. We had a couple of little queries which the house manager, Karen, dealt with immediately. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. The house itself is in an excellent location, close to Lusty Glaze beach, which unfortunately we couldn’t access this week. However, it literally takes 5 -10 mins to walk into the town centre with all it’s amenities. There are a couple of shops nearby- Tesco and Spar for food shopping. The enclosed back garden is perfect for kiddies and dogs, we felt they were safely contained and had somewhere pleasant to either sit or play. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

“Comfortable house in avery conenient location”

Easy to set up booking through Trip Advisor also confirmation . The house is spacious , there were 6 adults and a small child in our group we all felt comfortable . The house is well equiped and is located near to several beaches local shops including aTesco Express and Newquay is only a short walk away .

“Perfect house for family beach holiday”

We stayed for a week with two young children and had a great week. The house is very homely, with large bedrooms which all had brand new mattresses in - very very comfy! The house is on the edge of the town centre which is perfect for walking in for restaurants but away from any evening noise. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk which was great when you have large bags of kit. We also had a lovely day out walking over to the neighbouring cove to the Jamie Oliver restaurant. Will be coming again!
