Description
The house is located in the historical center of Noto, UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated on the first floor, it has been created from the restoration of a bulding dating back to the end of the 19th century. The house overlooks the spectacular skyline of the beautiful baroque town, with a view of the dome of the Cathedral, the roofs of the houses and monuments, to the wonderful sea of the Gulf of Noto and, in the distance, the island of Portopalo and the extreme tip of Capo Passero.
The house offers comfort and style: two large bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, the charm of antique furniture combined with the convenience of modern furniture, air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric heaters throughout the house, TV, internet Wifi free, coffee machine Nespresso, microwave.
It also has a balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape, sipping a coffee or relaxing with a glass of good Sicilian wine.
Two apartments can accommodate two families, each with their own separate entrance; each about 70 square meters, can accommodate a total of 4 to 7 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
One apartment consist of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, can accommodate 2 to 3 people.
Within walking distance of everything you need. A few meters away, down a stone staircase, you reach the main street of Noto with its restaurants, bars and shops.

“Always a Pleasure”
- good location for that beautiful city - very close to downtown - the flat is very clean - fully equipped (coffee, basic staples such as rice, noodles, flour and sugar are available) - friendly owner of the flat - excelent service - we got as a present delicious food like own-produced olive-oil and other Sicilian specialities!
