Description

Located in the old part of Padstow, just 450 yards from the harbour, Rafters Apartment has free private off road parking (a rarity in this part if Padstow).

Rafters is over two levels, the en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower enclosure accompanies the bedroom with it's king size double bed on the top floor. There are views from the top floor over the rooftops of old Padstow, to the estuary and beyond.

On the floor below there is a spacious lounge with comfortable sofa, 4K TV and DVD player. This leads into the well equipped kitchen with it's solid granite worktops, double oven, full size dishwasher and fridge. The solid oak dining table is also located in the kitchen.

There is free superfast fibre broadband wifi throughout.

“A beautiful and well positioned cottage”

Rafters is a beautiful cottage which is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is located only a few minutes walk from the town and also a short drive away from the beautiful Cornish coastline which has some wonderful walks. We are already planning a visit next year!

“Brilliant!!!!”

Wow I can't speak higher of this place. I arrived early and phoned to ask if it was ok to park my car whilst I waited for the time to get in but the apartment was ready which was a bonus!! It was spotless and so luxurious and so close to the town centre. Very happy with the scones, jam and cream and the bottle of prosecco that was waiting in the fridge!! Thank you Neil and Emma for a relaxing stay in Padstow. I would love to come back again and would certainly recommend to others

“Excellent flat within easy walking distance of central Padstow”

We loved this flat - it was cozy but generously apportioned. Bathroom was great - including deep bath and lovely shower. Beautifully decorated. Lovely cream tea waiting for us on arrival. A real gem.

“Lovely, luxury cottage”

Beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean cottage a short walk from Padstow harbour and town centre – a fantastic location. Neil was extremely responsive from booking to check-out. Lots of little touches that we really appreciated – from the welcome basket on arrival, a few essentials stocked in the fridge and luxury toiletries to enjoy. Would stay here again!

“Another excellent stay”

We had 10 nights (11th-21st August) in this beautiful accomodation. It is our 3rd time here & are already planning a return visit next year. Its so nice we never want to leave!! Beautiful upstairs with the comfiest bed & lovely bathroom with a stand alone bath & seperate shower cubicle. Downstairs has a lovely lounge area and fantastically equiped kitchen. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
