Nel cuore della Kalsa:
In poche centinaia di metri potrete gustare e godere l’identità di Palermo del suo popolo e della sua millenaria cultura. Una deliziosa casa silenziosa e confortevole vi permetterà di immergervi in un mare di luce, sapori, monumenti, chiese, calore, voci e suoni che non potrete mai più dimenticare.
La casa, allocata nell’antico Palazzo Torremuzza del 1700, può ospitare comodamente quattro o cinque persone; arredata e corredata secondo i moderni criteri della casa vacanza, vi aspetta tutto l’anno. E' composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale con climatizzatore aria calda e fredda e da un grande living che può ospitare due persone in due divani letti. C'è un ventilatore a piantana ed una stufa a gas. Posso ospitare una 5° persona offrendo un letto pieghevole, nonchè la possibilità di una culla per bebè.
Una cucina in muratura abitabile e spaziosa è fornita di tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici, nonchè caffè, zucchero, the, olio, sale e spezie, e si affaccia su una deliziosa terrazza dove potrete pranzare e cenare in un romantico contesto verde e silenzioso!
Bagno con doccia (ristrutturato a novembre 23) completo di tutti i sanitari. Lavabiancheria a disposizione degli ospiti.
Agli ospiti viene fornita biancheria da letto e da bagno in puro cotone, cuscini in piume d'oca e per soggiorni più lunghi verrà offerto un cambio biancheria.
L'appartamento è dotato di doppi vetri taglio termico.
Climatizzatore nella camera da letto matrimoniale, stufa a gas e termoventilatore in bagno.
E' severamente vietato usare il piccolo termoventilatore del bagno per gli altri ambienti (purtroppo alcuni ospiti lo hanno tenuto acceso per ore, cosa assolutamente inutile e pericolosa, perchè principalmente si surriscalda, causandomi anche un danno economico non indifferente).
