A brand-new, fully furnished apartment in the heart of the old city overlooking a peaceful public garden of palms and orange trees. Situated on the first floor of a recently renovated small building, Xirba is a short walk to all major tourist attractions.
The apartment greets you immediately with its decor and attention to detail giving you the warm, safe and cosy felling you are used to when you are in your own home.
This bright, sunny flat consists of two confortable good-sized bedrooms, a cosy and spacious living room and two newly fitted bathrooms with shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, plus plenty of pots and pans if you get in the mood for cooking. The bedrooms are quiet and tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space.
90 square meters of harmony to accommodate sole travellers, professionals, families, friends and couples who want to have a relaxing break in the Sicilian capital and enjoy its beauty until the very last sip directly from the heart of the city.
