Situato al 6° piano di un palazzo signorile con servizio portineria 24/24 h e due ascensori, offre 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni, una moderna cucina attrezzata di ogni comfort e collegata al soggiorno da porte scorrevoli settecentesche. Nel soggiorno due comodi divani, un televisore flat, libreria e una emozionante vista su alcune delle cupole di Palermo e del teatro Massimo. Tutti gli ambienti dell'appartamento sono climatizzati. Possibilità di parcheggio privato, escursioni e walking tour della città. FREE WIFI. Numerosi ristoranti e lounge bar in zona. Appartamento a Teatro è la scelta ideale per i viaggiatori interessati ad arte, cultura, ristorazione, architettura e shopping. Response from the owner Dear Mrs Davidson, We thank you very much for choosing our apartment "A Teatro" and for writing this review regarding your stay with us. The payment of the deposit in cash isindicated clear in all our sites. It is just a caution, that being in cash, can be immediately returned to the client's departure after a check of the flat. We would like to remind our flexibility on your arrival time, scheduled for 3 pm but occurred at 7:30 pm, with more than three hours of waiting for our housekeeper without additional costs. The same for your check out that, as agreed with our housekeeper, took place before 6:00 am without the any supplement were charged, despite the time is indicated in our range of the night hours. As regards the electrical power, the 20 Kw per day included in the price, cover abundantly all the normal daily consumption for two persons. This limit has been included especially for a special attention to the environmental protection in avoiding the excessive energy waste. All these informations can be read by our guests in all of our sites during the booking. We thank you again for your review, we will absolutely consider it to continue to improve our services. We thank you again for appreciating our lovely apartment and we look forward to have the opportunity to welcome you again. Kindest Regards
