This Grade II listed, detached house is in the centre of the village of Edenhall in Cumbria and sleeps up to fourteen people in six bedrooms.Eden House is a Grade II listed, detached house in the centre of the village of Edenhall in Cumbria. Over three floors. Six bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 2 x extra large double beds (one with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC - can be separated into 2 singles upon request), 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed, 2 x second floor twin (one with pull-out stacker bed). There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a pantry, a boot room, a dining room, two sitting rooms with an open fire, a second floor library with a sofa bed and a first floor games room. Outside is off road parking for five cars, a large enclosed mature garden and bike storage. Eden House is a perfect location for that long awaited get together. Note: This property has a £100 Good House Keeping Bond

Large enclosed mature garden with furniture including BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, bar and restaurant in hotel 3 mins walk. Note: Staircase to second floor is narrow and has a tight turn, not suitable for people with limited mobility and children to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Had an amazing weekend with some friends. The house is everything you could wish for. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, plenty of space and there were 14 of us. Would highly recommend.
